The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project:

Project: BANK STABILIZATION IMPROVEMENTS WALNUT CREEK

Project No.: 2024-021

Estimate: $265,000

Major Items:

  • Approximately 1300 Tons of Rip Rap
  • Approximately 2000 Cubic Yards Class 10 excavation
  • Related items including removals, restoration, traffic control, erosion control, and survey.

Letting Date: 1:30 PM, August 6, 2025

Completion Date: May 22, 2026
