Project Description: Pinal County, as a sponsor of a public use airport facility, is soliciting statements of qualifications for Airport Environmental (NEPA) Services for the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Project at Pinal Airpark(MZJ or Airpark). Our selection process is intended to be in compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular entitled Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects (AC150/5100-14E), dated 9/25/2015 (AC).
