Project Description: Pinal County as sponsor of a public use airport facility, is soliciting statements of qualifications for professional architectural and engineering services for the planning, design and construction of an air traffic control tower at Pinal Airpark. The selection process will be completed in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular entitled Architectural, Engineering and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects (AC 150/5100-14E) dated 9/25/2015 (AC).
