RFQ 6187 for Engineering Services for a New 1,000,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank

The City of Portland, Texas hereby issues this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ").  The City is seeking qualified engineering firms interested in providing engineering services.  The sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be submitted as instructed in the RFQ and clearly marked on the outside “RFQ 6187 for Engineering Services for a New 1,000,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank and Water System Upgrades” along with the respondent’s name, address and phone number. The Statement of Qualifications must be addressed to: City Secretary, City of Portland, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 and delivered by no later than 2:00 p.m. local time (CT) on April 15, 2025. Any Statement of Qualifications received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.
