Project Description: The City of Kansas City Health Department is issuing a Request For Supplier Quali??ications (RFSQ) for Kansas City, Missouri-based not-for-pro??it hospitals to be a Safety Net Provider for the City of Kanas City.
This RFSQ is meant to evaluate the quali??ications of providers offering essential services to uninsured, underinsured, and vulnerable populations within Kansas City, Missouri.
All applicants must demonstrate the ability to provide veri??iable encounters for residents of Kansas City with income levels under 400% of the Federal Poverty Level.
After establishing the list of quali??ied applicants, the City will initiate the RFP process and/ or proceed with contract negotiations
