Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive design and construction administration services for the Roofing and Capital Improvements Project at Luther Manor (624 Congdon St West, Middletown, CT 06457) one of our subsidiaries. The project is inclusive of four (4) separate phases in response to the a roofing project for which we are seeking U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funding and a much larger capital improvement project for which we are seeking SSHP (State-Sponsored Housing Portfolio) funding from CHFA (Connecticut Housing Finance Authority).
