United States Secret Services Branded Beverage Service Request

GSA is seeking a potential contractor for Branded Beverage Services at the United States Secret Service Headquarters Building located at: 950 H St, NW Washington, DC 20001-0001 to establish and operate in the Contractor's name; the food service facilities for the purpose of dispensing food, nonalcoholic beverages and such other items as may be authorized by the Government, in accordance with all terms and conditions specified in attached solicitation package. This contract will be for a nationally branded concept.

This will be a No Cost (5) year Base Contract with one (1) Option Year of five years, totaling 10 years. These services are to be performed at the: United States Secret Service Headquarters Building. Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM - Cafeteria.

Further information regarding the Pre-Bid Conference is located on page 7 of the solicitation. Please make sure you read the solicitation in its entirety before you submit your request for information via email only by May 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST . Proposal Due Date will be June 2, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST via email only.

Amendment 0001 -

Amendment No. 0001 is hereby issued to Solicitation No. 47PM0925R0018 - United States Secret Services Branded Beverage Service Request, located at 950 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001 to add Attachment 6 - Café Floor Plans.

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.

Prospective Vendors are to sign and submit this Amendment with your proposal.

Amendment 0002 -

Amendment No. 0002 is hereby issued to Solicitation No. 47PM0925R0018 - United States Secret Services Branded Beverage Service Request, located at 950 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001 to change the Description on SAM.gov from "the Dining Services" to "Branded Beverage Services."

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.

Prospective Vendors are to sign and submit the Amendment with your proposal.

Amendment 0003 -

Amendment No. 0003 is hereby issued to Solicitation No. 47PM0925R0018 - United States Secret Services Branded Beverage Service Request, located at 950 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001 to:

1. Provide response to RFI (attached to SF30).

2. Provide updated Wage Determination, Wage Determination No.: 2015-4281, Revision No.: 33, Date Of Last Revision: 04/25/2025, to replace Wage Determination No.: 2015-4281, Revision No.: 32, Date Of Last Revision: 12/23/2024 in the solicitation package.

Proposal Due Date remains the same at June 2, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST via email only
