Metasys Building Automation Systems IV

The Metasys Building Automation System, Single Award Task Order Contract will provide Procurement and Installation (P&I) of and/or the Maintenance and Service (M&S) of Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems (installation and/or integration of chiller/boiler systems); Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems; and other Automated Control Systems including Fire Alarm Safety (FAS) Systems (life safety, chemical / biological / radiological contaminant detection, filtration, response, and utilities (electric, gas, water) metering), and Electronic Security Systems (ESS) (security and/or force protection measures such as, but not limited to, barriers, fencing, gates, window treatments, hardening, and lighting). The period of performance is a 36-month base ordering period and one, 24-month optional ordering period.
