Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The 316th Security Forces Squadron, Combat Arms Section, requires repair and restoration of the Target Retrieval System and associated environmental controls at the Combat Arms firing range, Building 2495, Joint Base Andrews. The system’s current inoperability prevents the range from supporting required live-fire training and qualification. Restoring full functionality is mission-essential to maintain readiness and compliance with Air Force training requirements.
