This construction project is for the refinishing of approximately 1,016 sf of epoxy flooring at USDA’s National Centers for Animal Health in Ames, Iowa. Building 520, located at 1920 Dayton Avenue, Ames, is a modular animal research building constructed in 2008. The floor coating system is cracked and deteriorated. The new floor coating must resist cracking from any structural movement in order to maintain integrity while being easy to clean.
