  2. Incorporate Attachment 5-Mobile Shelves Q and A

  3. Incorporate Attachment 6-Mobile Shelves Technical Drawings and Dimensions



AMENDMENT 01: The purpose of this amendment is to:



1. The objective of this requirement has been revised from a complete replacement of the installed mobile shelving system to an upgrade of the existing system. This upgrade will involve converting the current electric mobile shelving system to a manual, hand-crank operation.

2. Upload the updated Attachment 1 Salient Characteristics-YC Mobile Shelves Updated 11 July 2025 to reflect the change in the objectives of this requirement.

3. Upload the updated Attachment 2 Statement of Work-YC Mobile Shelves Updated 11 July 2025 to reflect the change in the objectives of this requirement.

4. Push the due date for questions from 14 July 2025 to 16 July 2025

5. Push the due date for quotes from 18 July 2025 to 23 July 2025.





Notice: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The 21st Contracting Squadron is issuing a solicitation for the upgrading of the 21st Force Support Squadron's existing high-density storage by converting its electric mobile shelving system to a manual, hand-crank system at Peterson SFB, CO. The performance requirements must be in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform this task.



Type of Contract and NAICS: The resulting award will be firm-fixed price purchase order and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service 337215 – Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 500 Employees.



Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside.



Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.
