The Project consists of but not limited to: RENOVATION OF BATHROOM AT UNIT 64, INCLUDING REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF ALL BATHROOM COMPONENTS. WORK INCLUDES SELECT DRYWALL REPAIR AND PAINT AT KITCHEN CEILING AND WALL BELOW FROM PREVIOUS WATER DAMAGE. The work is estimated to cost $44,113.29. The Contractor and all subcontractors (collectively referred to as "the Contractor") agree to strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The Workforce benchmark percentages are a statutory requirement under MGL c. 149 section 44A(2)(G).
