The Town of Auburn, through its Prequalification Committee, requests qualified and experienced DCAMM Certified Elevator Trade Contractors submit Statements of Qualification for the Prequalification of the Auburn Fire Rescue Headquarters. The RFQ is for prequalification only.
The Owner's Project Manager is LeftField, the Designer is Tecton Architects. The Estimated Total Construction Cost for the project is $25,000,000.
The complete RFQ including directions will be available on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at www.biddocs.com (under Bid Listings - Solicitations). SOQs must be submitted at or before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. SOQs will ONLY be accepted electronically through www.BidDocs.com. All responders must create a user profile (no charge) to submit a SOQ. Please direct any questions by email only to LeftField LLC at kgallo@leftfieldpm.com. Prospective Respondents shall not communicate with any person or entity participating on the Prequalification Committee at any time during the RFQ process except through written questions submitted in accordance with the process outlined in the RFQ.
The Town of Auburn, acting through its Prequalification Committee, reserves the right to reject any and all responses in full or in part, to waive minor informalities, and to aware the contract in the best interest of the Town of Auburn.
