Description

The successful contractor shall provide a one (1) year lease of construction heavy equipment consisting of one (1) each Excavator and Wheel Loader, including delivery, pickup, maintenance, and replacement services, for use by Naval Expeditionary Construction Forces at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam, Guam. The Contractor shall ensure all services and equipment comply with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, federal and Navy regulations, and environmental and safety standards to maximize operational efficiency and protect public funds. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is one (1) year. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency.

All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this RFQ. Quotations must be received by this office no later than 4:30p.m. (Guam time) on Friday, 31 July 2025.
