NASA ARC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire technology infusion support services from KBR Wyle Services under FAR 6.302-1 for an additional 24-month period of performance (POP), or two 1-year option periods, added to the current contract 80ARC020D0010, Intelligent Systems Research and Development Support-3 (ISRDS-3). The current contract is a hybrid contract with Core Management and Core Technical components at the main contract level, and an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery component under which Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) task orders are executed, with an eight-year ordering period. The additional 24-month POP will be an extension to the current ordering period for a total of ten years.
