Project Description: This project entails the construction of new pickleball courts with base bid options for 6, 8, or 10 courts.
The scope includes site mobilization, erosion control, installation of subbase and asphalt paving, acrylic
surfacing, and court equipment. Optional bid alternates include a paved social area, perimeter fencing,
and internal fencing to enhance the overall facility and user experience.
