25-080 IFB Hearing Testing, Loss Prevention Training, and Conservation Training Services for DMV Employees

You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 25-080 ¿ Mobile Hearing Testing, Hearing Loss Prevention Training, and Annual Hearing Conservation Training Services for DMV Employees.
Mobile hearing testing, hearing loss prevention training, and annual hearing conservation training services for DMV employees.  Services are to start September 1st through August 31st, 2027.

Term: Twenty-four (24) months with a DMV option to extend for twelve (12) months additional (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

Estimate for the two (2) year term is: $14,000.00
