The Project consists of but not limited to: REPLACEMENT OF FRONT ENTRY DOOR AND SIDELIGHTS AT COMMUNITY ROOM WITH NEW ELECTRIC DOOR OPERATOR AND ACCESS CONTROLS. INSTALLATION OF FOUR ELECTRIC DOOR OPERATORS AT 4 HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE UNITS. The work is estimated to cost $55,073.90. The Contractor and all subcontractors (collectively referred to as "the Contractor") agree to strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. The Workforce benchmark percentages are a statutory requirement under MGL c. 149 section 44A(2)(G).
