to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project"). |

Mandatory Site Meeting
.1 Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 10AM local time on June 9, 2025 at the Training Room in Service Building at R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant, 2701 Queen St E, Scarborough, ON M4E 1HA. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. .2 The format of the site meeting will include a 30-minute presentation in the Training Room followed by a 90 minute site walkabout. Note, space is limited within the Training Room, so request that a maximum of three (3) people from each team participate in the presentation. Any additional staff can join us at 10:30 am for the walkabout. .3 It is recommended the General Contractor include their Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors in the site meeting. .4 Suppliers and their representatives must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .5 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. .6 Suppliers are responsible to ensure the Supplier representatives meet all personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety boots, hardhats, safety vests and safety glasses required prior to the meeting. |
