URBAN FOREST MANAGEMENT PLAN. The City of Two Harbors, Minnesota is seeking proposals from TCIA or ISA certified arborists to develop a comprehensive Urban Forest Management Plan. This plan aims to enhance the city’s urban forestry initiatives by assessing the current state of the urban forest, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations for future management. This plan will also include a strategic Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Management Plan to assess and manage the impacts of the emerald ash borer infestation in the urban forest.
