Adult Forensic ACT and Treatment Apartment Program

The Office of Mental Health continues to invest in community-based services to address unmet needs. This OMH funding opportunity is for a single agency to develop:

  • one (1) 68-capacity Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team AND
  • one (1) Treatment Apartment Program (TAP) with 30 units dedicated to the FACT team

By combining the FACT team with TAP, we can better meet the mental health and housing needs of the people with serious mental illness involved in the criminal justice system.

Both the Treatment Apartment and FACT team must be in the New York City Region.
