Overview

Summary

The City of Santa Cruz is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call paving services for asphalt and concrete repairs throughout the city and surrounding service areas. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis and may include saw cutting, removal and disposal of existing pavement, subgrade preparation, base rock replacement, and paving with commercial-grade hot mix asphalt.

Typical tasks also include cleaning and tacking edges with SS1 oil, ensuring proper compaction through appropriate lift placement, and restoring any road striping per City/County specifications.
