ADDENDUM #2 The plans and specifications are modified, corrected, augmented or

supplemented as follows and this Addendum #2 is hereby made a part of the RFP documents.

Vendor shall note on the form below that this Addendum #2 has been received and include

the completed form in the submitted proposal.

1. Personnel qualifications – Does the College require full resumes for proposed personnel,

or are professional biographies acceptable? We do not require full resumes for proposed

personnel.

2. Submission format – Can you confirm whether a physical submission is required, or

whether an electronic submission is accepted? Either format is acceptable as noted in the RFP

documentation.

3. Signatures – Are electronic signatures accepted on the required forms? All documents

requiring signature should be physically signed by the noted representative submitting the bid.

4. Terms and conditions – Does the College accept exceptions to the terms and conditions?

If so, where would you like them presented in our response (a dedicated section, an

appendix, or a specific form)? Any exceptions to the noted scope of work, terms & conditions,

etc. should be noted in the required SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTATION LABELED

“PROJECT PROPOSAL”.
