Description
The Town of Antigonish (TOA) is seeking proposals from local capable contractors for labour, equipment, and tooling for the installation of an on-site control building as part of a grid modernization project. The project work will provide a 30-40 MVA substation capacity with redundancy once the substation is fully commissioned with all electrical equipment. The scope of work Specification No. 050-006-03-25 Rev 1 has been prepared to clarify the requirements of this RFP.
