THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID (RFB). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose of this Solicitation/Event is to receive responses and award a contract with a Contractor to provide 2025 Drinking Water Protection Meeting Conference.
DATES: The dates for the conference will be one option from the following selected dates: Preferred Dates are January 28, 2025 to January 30, 2025. Alternative Dates are February 4, 2025 to February 6, 2025.
The estimated number of attendees in 150. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees, or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.
GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS: The conference facility must be located within Cass, Crow Wing, and Douglas Counties only.
ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from November 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Linda.Nelson@state.mn.us no later than October 21, 2024, at 3:00 PM Central Time. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
For questions about the SWIFT Vendor Supplier Portal, please contact the Vendor Assistance Help Desk at (651) 201-8100, option #1, and then option #1 again.
Submit all requested documentation, including, but not limited to, the following documents:
