Project Description: The City of Albuquerque, on behalf of the Albuquerque Police Department (APD), seeks proposals from qualified behavioral health providers to deliver a comprehensive program of confidential mental health and support services for APD personnel and their immediate families. The awarded Offeror will offer counseling, assessments, critical incident response, training, referral coordination, and related support services. Services must align with best practices, ensure timely access to care, and demonstrate experience supporting first responders.
