Project Description: Louisville Metro Government and Parks and Recreation are soliciting bids for the selective demolition of an existing restroom facility and the construction of a new restroom facility (288 S.F.) including a covered shelter (1,600 S.F.) and storage area (266 S.F.) at Hays Kennedy Park - Pavilion. The total building area including walls, restrooms, storage area, and plumbing chase is 750 S.F. in addition to the 1,600 S.F. canopy areas.
