A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for project DE00414 at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday,

December 3, 2025, at the project site located on Holeman Ashley Rd east of Hooten Dr, Timberlake,

NC. We will discuss the scope of the project and give bidders the opportunity to ask any questions.

Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for your bid to be considered. A bid

received from a bidder who has not attended and properly registered at the above scheduled pre-bid

conference will not be accepted and considered for award.

Project documents, including Proposal, plans (if applicable), or any additional information related to the

project can be found on the Division 5 Project Letting website:

Any firm that wishes to bid as a prime contractor shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor
