RFQ752-25-994CS UNT Campus Master Plan

The University of North Texas System (UNTS)subsequently referred to as the Owner, requests firm’s qualifications forProfessional Services to develop a Campus Master Plan for the Universityof North Texas (UNT) campus in Denton, TX. This will include the main campus, Eagle Point, Mean Green Village,Discovery Park, Missile Base, Rafes Urban Astronomy Center, etc. The selectedplanning, architecture and/or engineering firm or team will be highly qualifiedwith proven experience in master planning large university campuses anddetailed utility infrastructure planning with central plant facilities on largeuniversity campuses. The selected firm will be a dynamic and experience partnerto assist in providing innovation to our approach, definition, and delivery ofthe Master Plan. The intent is toproduce a Master Plan that is aligned to our identity and responsive to theuniversity’s ever-evolving environment and requirements. The product will be a tool to help informdecisions based on mission requirements, contextual constraints, andopportunities.
