Request for Proposals (RFP) Legal Services

The Albany County Land Bank Corporation ("Land Bank") is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced legal firms, individuals, or teams ("Respondents") to provide legal services in support of its mission to return vacant, abandoned, and tax-foreclosed properties to productive use.

Respondents must demonstrate sufficient capacity and expertise in one or more areas of law outlined in the Scope of Services section of the RFP to be considered, and may submit proposals for all three areas: General Real Estate Services (including property sales and closings, enforcement and compliance matters, and other real estate-related services), Real Estate Development, and General Corporate Legal Services (specific to the Land Bank’s status as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation and local public authority under New York State law).
