CASC is seeking bids from hotels ONLY (no event planners) with on-site conference facilities, including lodging, direct meal services, and conference rooms for a three (3) day training conference.Read the Scope of Services document carefully for details.Bids must be submitted in eVA. CASC is seeking bids for hotel rooms for four (4) nights, conference rooms, beverages throughout the days, breakfast buffet, luncheon, reception room for networking, complementary wi-fi, and complementary parking for a training conference September 1-3, 2026, in Staunton, VA (preferred location) for up to 180 attendees/staff. The venue should be convenient for pedestrian access to shops, restaurants and services. Note: the final number of attendees/staff could fluctuate slightly and will be provided before the event.
