E-ZPass® InterOPerability (EZIOP) Hub Consultant Services

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid : The E-ZPass InteraOPerability (EZIOP) Hub Consultant (the “Consultant”) will provide comprehensive technical and project management support to the E-ZPass InterAgency Group (“IAG”) in overseeing the EZIOP Hub program (“EZIOP Hub”). The Consultant will be responsible for facilitating effective coordination among stakeholders, supporting governance and operational functions, and ensuring quality assurance across all aspects of Hub development and maintenance. Key areas of responsibility include: • Project Coordination and Management: Supporting ongoing project meetings, SharePoint administration, document reviews, invoice validation, KPI monitoring, and change order processing. • Governance and O&M Support: Providing technical oversight for the onboarding of new customer service centers (E-ZPass CSCs), the integration and exchange of data with other Hubs, and monitoring incident/case resolution, releases, documentation, audits, and compliance activities.

FUNDING: 100% Operating Range: $1M - $5M
