Overview

Summary

The Board of Commissioners for Charles County are hereby requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide stream restoration in an actively eroding channel of an unnamed tributary to Clarks Run through the installation of in-stream and bank stabilization structures. The project site is located at Walter J. Mitchell Elementary School, La Plata, in Charles County, Maryland.

Firms must register in advance to attend the pre-bid meeting via the County's eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager.

Pre-bid meeting will occur virtually/teleconference, unless otherwise specified. Firms that have registered timely will receive participation instructions.

If multiple attendees from your firm will be attending the meeting, please have each individual complete the eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager process.

Questions shall be submitted via the eProcurement Portal Question & Answer feature prior to the due date and time specified. The County will not provide responses to questions received after the deadline.

Registration is required to attend the bid opening. Bidders interested in participating in the bid opening must register electronically via the County's eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager. Pricing will be available on the eProcurement Portal after the Bid Opening.
