Project Title: Hillcrest Home Network Cable Project
Description: Seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for:
Scope of work includes (but is not limited to):
Section 1 – Cabling of facility
A) Labor and material to install fiber backbone cabling –
1) From MDF to IDF on main level
2) From IDF to Maintenance Building
3) From IDF to Water Building
4) Provide and install fiber housings, connector panels and all fusion splicing of LC connectors
5) Provide necessary LC to LC 1M SM fiber patch cords
B) Provide and install all new network cabinets & racks at 4 (new) IDF locations
1) New Quad rack 45RU 4 post server style rack in the MDF with vertical managers
2) New all mounted rack in new IDF 1 location on 1
st
floor
3) New wall mounted rack in maintenance building
4) New wall mounted rack in water building
5) Provide and install 18” ladder rack and ladder rack support brackets in MDF for cable
management
6) Provide and install fire rated plywood behind IDF’s and on walls of MDF
C) Provide and install up to (230) Cat6A cables for network locations, phone locations,
AP locations, camera locations and any other network device within the main building, maintenance shop and water building.
D) Provide and install (4) APC UPS’s for the battery backup of system
E) All cables to be Fluke tested for accuracy and machine labeled for identification.
F) Cables will be installed in an open-air pathway above accessible ceilings using J-Hooks and
EMT sleeves where needed.
G) Provide a complete demo of all old cabling after the cutover has taken place. Cabling will be
removed back to point of origin.
Section 2- Video Surveillance System
1) Removal of (21) existing interior and (4) exterior cameras, returning them to the owner.
2) Four (4) 180 degree panoramic IP network cameras, Hanwha PNN-9031RV or better
3) Twenty-two (22) Hanwha PNM-C32083RQZ panoramic multi-sensor IP network cameras
or better.
4) Seven (7) Hanwha QNV-C9083R exterior IP Network Cameras or better
5) Twenty-eight (28) Hanwha QND-C8023R interior IP network cameras or better.
6) One (1) Hanwha WWR-P-S204S-144TB NVR with software and storage for 30 days
or better
7) Sixty-one (61) Hanwha WAVE pro device licenses or better
8) One (1) Hanwha WWT-P-7204MW client viewing station PC with monitor or better.
9) One (1) 75” Viewing Monitor with wall mount bracket
10) Mounts, pendants, and miscellaneous hardware
11) Basic set-up, adjustment, programming and training of the system are included.
Section 3 – Fire Alarm to Water Building
1) Bore from main building to water building with (2) 1 inch raceway
2) Install fire alarm cable from main panel to water building
3) Install the below fire alarm devices
