SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
ITEM - Endoscopy System with 4K Spy technology
REQUIRED COMPONENTS - Provide and deliver Brand Name or Equal to the following required components in quantities specified:
Connected OR Cart
(Part #0240099155) Two (2) each
Summary: Connected OR Cart is the mobile container in which the Surgical Video Equipment will reside. The ergonomic and electrical design of the cart reduce the footprint of the platform and allow for it to be transported efficiently between and within storage areas and operating rooms.
Connected OR Hub Base with Device Control & 4k Recording Kit
(Part#0240200223) - Two (2) each
Summary: The Connected OR Hub Base is the capture device that enables users
to store case specific patient information, captured images and videos, and surgeon
preferences relative to the platform. This console supports the optical chain by transmitting signals from the 1788 Camera Control Unit and the L12 Light Source with Advanced Imaging Modalities (AIM) to the 32 4k OLED Surgical Display attached to the Connected OR Cart during Laparoscopic procedures. The supplemental Device Control software package provides users with enhanced control from the sterile field by allowing them to adjust, activate/deactivate various surgical visualization functions from the buttons on the 1788 4k Camera Head with Integrated Coupler. The 4k Recording Kit transmits a 4k signal throughout the entire optical chain from the 4k Camera Head to the 32 4k OLED Surgical Display.
PneumoClear CO2 Conditioning Insufflator Kit
(Part# 0620050001) - Two (2) each
Summary: The PneumoClear CO2 Conditioning Insufflator Kit supports the insufflation
needs of various Laparoscopic procedures and has the capacity to deliver heated CO2, while also humidifying tissues and evacuating smoke. Given the 2024 Smoke Free OR Legislation in Washington State, this will be a necessary function of any insufflator in the Operating Room moving forward, in the state of Washington.
1788 Camera Control Unit
(Part# 1788010000) - Two (2) each
Summary: The Camera Control Unit is compatible with the 1788 4k Camera Head
with Integrated Coupler and L12 LED Light Source with AIM and is a necessary
component of the optical chain, providing the ability to adjust camera settings and deliver optimal visualization through the camera head. To include Indocyanine Green (ICG) fluorescent dye imaging and infrared illlumination.
L12 Light Source
(Part# 0220240300) - Two (2) each
Summary: The L12 Light Source with AIM is the only compatible light source for the
1788 Camera Control Unit and is a necessary component of the optical chain within the surgical visualization platform as the camera control function would not be viable
in the absence of a light source.
SafeLight Fiber Optic Cable with Advanced Imaging Modality, 5MM
(Part# 0233050400) Ten (10) each
Summary: The SafeLight Fiber Optic Cable with Advanced Imaging Modality, 5MM is
compatible with the L12 Light Source and is a necessary component of the optical chain within the Surgical Visualization platform to enable Advanced Imaging Modalities
required for the use of fluorescent agents in laparoscopic procedures.
1788 4k Camera Head with Integrated Coupler
(Part # 1788610122) Ten (10) each
Summary: The 1788 4k Camera Head with Integrated Coupler is compatible with the
1788 Camera Control Unit and is a necessary component of the optical chain within the Surgical Visualization platform.
32" 4K OLED Surgical Display with OLED Display Cover Kit and Adjustable Display
Handles Kit
(Part# 240031312) Four (4) each
Summary: The 32 4k OLED Surgical Display is a necessary component of the optical
chain within the Surgical Visualization Platform to ensure that the 4k optics
captured by the other components within the optical chain is displayed accurately. The
supplemental OLED Display Cover Kit and Adjustable Display Handles Kit provide
protection and enhanced ergonomics to the 32 4k OLED Surgical Display that they
accompany.
Flat Panel Roll Stand
(Part # 0240099110K) Two (2) each
Summary: The Flat Panel Roll Stand is necessary for the mobility of an independent,
supplemental monitor that will be necessary for laparoscopic procedures, in addition to
the monitor that will be attached to the Connected OR Cart. A supplemental monitor is
necessary for supporting additional visualization points for both surgeons and supporting OR staff.
2.5kg Ballast Assembly
(Part #P54382) Two (2) each
Summary: The 2.5kg Ballast Assembly is necessary for the 32 4k OLED Surgical Displays as it provides a weight to counterbalance the monitor to prevent drift when the monitor is in a static position.
SYNK 4k Wireless Transmitter & 4k SYNK Wireless Receiver
(Part# 0240031065) & (Part# 0240031075)
Summary: The SYNK 4k Wireless Transmitter & Receiver are necessary components of the Surgical Video optical chain for the purpose of wirelessly transmitting the
surgical video captured by the 1788 platform to the independent 32 4k OLED monitor
on the mobile flat panel roll stand. A supplemental monitor is necessary for supporting
additional visualization points for both surgeons and supporting OR staff, thus warranting a wireless connection.
SDP1000 Stryker Digital Color Printer
(Part# 0240080230)
Summary: The SDP1000 Stryker Digital Color Printer is a dye sublimation thermal transfer printer providing high quality and high-resolution printing. The Stryker Digital Capture Device images data on A4 or letter size paper in full color (256 gradations process and 16.7 million colors).
