2026 Gravel Haul

Gravel Tender 2026

The Rural Municipality of St. Louis No. 431 is accepting Tenders for loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 15,000 yards of Road Gravel for the 2026 year. Gravel will be supplied by the Municipality, potentially from two separate pit locations. Gravelling to be completed in JUNE.

The R.M. requests that all bidders submit pricing for primary and secondary weights, attach “Letter of good standing” from Saskatchewan WCB, confirmation of insurance, a list of truck/trailer units to be used and References, if available.

The municipality has the right to randomly weigh any or all of the loads.

Longest haul 25 miles, Belly Dump only.

Tenders to be received by the Administrator no later than 4:00 p.m. December 2, 2025, Tenders will be opened at the regular meeting of Council on December 3, 2025.

The Municipality reserves the right to refuse any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality further reserves the right to award or refuse tenders based on a past working history with a contractor.
