Project Description: The town of Genola is seeking to hire a qualified firm to provide architectural design services for a new public works building.
The building will be an approximately 6,000 sq ft (120 ft x 50 ft) steel post style building. This building will be located on property owned by the town of Genola at approximately 700 South and 200 West and will be directly south of the existing cell towers located on the property. The building site is flat with no vegetation. There are power lines and fiber optic lines that run adjacent to the building site.
