Requested Services and Brief Project Description: The Point of the Mountain State Land Authority (The Land Authority) and Draper City invite qualified consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in large-scale infrastructure, water utilities, roadway construction, bridge structures, parks and recreation, and landscape architecture to submit Statements of Qualifications for professional services related to the design, engineering, and construction management of major infrastructure improvements as part of the redevelopment of the former State of Utah Correctional Facility site in Draper, Utah known as The Point.
