This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

75H70925Q00005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Locum Provider Staffing Services for the Billings Area Indian Health Service. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract; FAR 37.4 Non-Personal Healthcare Services Contracts.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
