Description

The solicitation is for supply and delivery of Bulk Fuel (namely Diesel and Petrol) to U.S. Embassy Harare in Zimbabwe.



The Contractor shall provide bulk low-Sulphur diesel 50ppm and unleaded petrol with a minimum octane level 93 RON to the United States Embassy in Harare, Zimbabwe. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-3 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to supply and deliver the fuel to the American Embassy Harare.



The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustments.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.

Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
