This is a Pre-solicitation Notice ONLY. The United States (U.S.) Government anticipates a projected solicitation date of 8 September 2025 and projected award date of 26 September 2025, subject to change. The solicitation is expected to be for the procurement of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to support for the United States Army Recruiting Division (USARD). This requirement is for the production, printing, packing and distribution of the 65,000 US Army Future Soldier T-shirts to 69 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS), 38 Battalions and 3 Remote Processing Stations (RPS). The anticipated lead time for delivery will be 120 days from date of award.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315210; Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors, with a size standard 750 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 8405 Outerwear, Mens.

The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be posted on the SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offeror to respond to the solicitation when it is posted.
