Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) intends to issue and Request for Proposal (RFP) for energy management services. The purpose of this acquisition is to award for Fort Rucker 2, Alabama, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Utility Energy Savings Contract (UESC) with a period of performance that shall not exceed 25 years.
