The City of Framingham is seeking a qualified Architectural/Engineering (AE) Design Services Firm to provide Design Services for work to the Memorial Building (City Hall), 150 Concord Street, Framingham, MA). The Memorial Building consists of four (4) ‘buildings”, namely Memorial Hall, Union Avenue, Concord Street, and the Auditorium.

A non-mandatory pre-site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at the Memorial Building, 150 Concord Street, Framingham, MA 01702. Attendees should park on the street (metered parking) and meet in the Memorial Hall Lobby.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or cancel the bid if it is in the public interest to do so.
