Request For Proposal: Elder Housing Project

The Kenaitze Indian Tribe is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal and sanding services to Tribal Elders for the winter 2025-2026. This RFP seeks responses from competent and experienced contractors capable of providing the services as specified here in a prompt, cost-effective, and efficient manner.
The Kenaitze/Salamatof Tribally Designated Housing Entity is seeking proposals from firms qualified and interested in providing general contractor construction services for an Elder Housing project in Kenai, Alaska.

Questions regarding this project must be submitted by Sept. 25, 2025.
Proposals are due by 5 p.m. Alaska time on Oct. 22, 2025.

Work must be completed by Nov. 1, 2027.
