Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD),

Orlando, FL, is seeking information for potential sources to procure,

deliver, and install of OEM-certified replacement components for outdated

or failed Aviation/Main Machinery Room (AV/MMR) Fire Fighting Trainer

(FFT) systems components, along with software updates to restore full

functionality, ensure system compatibility, and address potential failure

risks. The work will include technical support, testing, and certification of

the updated systems. Services shall be performed on-site at Joint Base

Pearl Harbor-Hickman (JBPHH). The contract award is planned for KFT Fire

Trainer LLC. (Cage Code 06003) under the authority of 10 USC 3204(b) as

implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other

supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”
