Request for Proposals - Public Safety Records Management

The Town of Vail, Colorado is requesting proposals to provide a Records Management system that will serve various Public Safety departments in Eagle County, Colorado. Pricing should include all aspects of the system, including any hosting costs if in the cloud, or any necessary equipment and licensing if it is an on-premise solution. The successful respondent will be expected to enter into a Services agreement with the Town of Vail, detailing the implementation and support of this system. In addition to the RFP itself, available by clicking the link below, respondents will need to complete a Functional Requirements spreadsheet, which will be provided once you register your company with the Town as an interested party to this RFP.
