Solicitation Document Description: This RFT is an invitation by the City to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project"). In brief summary, the Work includes but is not limited to:
• the supply, installation, and commissioning of improvements to the Process Camera system at seven (7) waste transfer stations;
• including but not limited to removing and replacing existing process cameras located on the haulage floor (lower level) and tipping floor (upper level);
• including, but not limited to removing and replacing existing inactive cabling, existing process cameras monitoring displays, monitoring display mounts, monitoring display cabling, existing Network Video Recorders, existing Digital Video Recorders and existing process cameras head end equipment enclosures and associated existing cabling.

Chapter 9 Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Ontario and Quebec (OQTCA)
Pre-Bid Meeting: All Suppliers are STRONGLY encouraged to attend an optional site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. Please refer to Part 1 - 1.6 Site Meetings for more details.
