Project scope includes retrofitting an existing automatic transfer switch with a new switch. Project also includes providing a temporary portable generator set to power the transfer switch's load while the transfer switch is being retrofitted. Bidders shall submit bids in accordance with Hand-Delivery or Mail Service.
