Description
This Scope of Work outlines the vendor responsibilities for post-implementation support of ATLCloud, the City of Atlanta¿s Oracle-based ERP system. The vendor will provide comprehensive services across system monitoring, maintenance, technical support, change management, continuous improvement, and reporting.
