RFP – Homeownership Emmonak Helical Project

The Rural Alaska Community Action Program (RurAL CAP) is soliciting proposals from qualified general contractors and or engineers to develop a plan and seeking the recommendations for the best helical pier design based on the house plan and the Geotech information. This will also include materials and
installation of a helical pier foundation system, included frost sleeves, for a two-story duplex in Emmonak. Project estimated to be completed spring 2027. The building footprint is 24’x40’. The following proposal request will outline the project goals and detail the format you should submit your
proposal.
